Ismail Rajah: Cape Town businessman, 69, kidnapped by AK-47 toting men
The 69-year-old victim was bundled into a charcoal-coloured Audi Q7 after he exited his vehicle at his business premises on Wednesday.
Cape Town businessman Ismail Rajah was kidnapped outside his premises in Parow, Cape Town on Wednesday morning, 9 March.
ISMAIL RAJAH KIDNAPPED
South African Police Service (SAPS) spokesperson in the City Captain FC van Wyk said the 69-year-old construction company owner was kidnapped in front of his business premises in Joubert Street, Parow between 11:00 and 11:10 on Wednesday.
“According to reports, the victim was getting out of his vehicle when two persons armed with AK-47s exited a charcoal Audi Q7 and kidnapped him,” said van Wyk.
The suspects reportedly fled the scene in the direction of De La Ray Road. The Parow SAPS station is investigating a kidnapping case.
