Ace Magshule’s ex-PA, Moroadi Cholota, wanted the court to declare her arrest unlawful and withdraw the fraud and corruption charges.

The NPA had argued that Moroadi Cholota would flee if granted bail as she didn’t return to SA willingly but had to be extradited.
