Talented Aussie Nick Kyrgios has been knocked of this year’s US Open quarterfinals by big-serving Russian Karen Khachanov.

Khachanov eventually prevailed 7-5, 4-6, 7-5, 6-7(3), 6-4 in a grueling five setter against this year’s Wimbledon runner-up Nick Kyrgios.
Khachanov will play Casper Ruud in the semifinals on Friday.
