Mamelodi Sundowns’ talented winger Kutlwano Letlhaku made his debut just 11 months ago and he could already be moving to Europe soon.

INTEREST FROM TWO COUNTRIES

With three goals and three assists in 14 games, the Sundowns teen has earned attention in Sweden and Denmark. “There have been top clubs in both Denmark and Sweden, as well as other leagues, who have made inquiries with Sundowns about Kutlwano,” said his agent Matthew Moore via iDiski Times.

“Up until this point – Sundowns have been unwilling to engage with the clubs despite the fact that the last league game Kutlwano started was in November [where he netted a brace against Polokwane City] and he has seen less time under the new coach.

“This is obviously a major challenge when young players come through the ranks at a big and successful and ambitious club like Sundowns,” concluded Moore.

MAMELODI SUNDOWNS STAR THEMBA ZWANE PROVIDES UPDATE ON HIS INJURY

Mamelodi Sundowns have a veteran superstar on the sidelines. How is Themba Zwane recovering from his physical setback?

As you may know, the 35-year-old attacking midfielder endured an Achilles tendon tear in October 2024. With all eyes set on the FIFA Club World Cup in June, how is the Sundowns legend’s injury coming along?

“In terms of injury, I’m coming along alright, and I’m starting to run on the side now [at training] at least I don’t feel pain,” Zwane told iDiski Times. “The Achilles is tense now at the moment but I’m coming alright, so far so good. You know, to be honest, it’s been difficult, it’s been difficult, especially when you hear people saying it’s done for him now.

“But obviously I have a family that supports me, teammates who always check up on me. Overall… but I know myself, I am strong, I’ll come back strong, and I’ll push myself and try to get back into the team,” concluded the Sundowns giant.

CAN THEMBA ZWANE PLAY UNTIL THE AGE OF 40?
