Springboks: THREE players linked with overseas moves!
These THREE Springboks rugby players are all linked with mega-money overseas moves. Here is the latest update on each.

The Springboks have the eyes of the world on them following their recent dominance over world rugby.
Springboks rugby is at an all time high after Rassie Erasmus and the Boks went ‘Bok-to-Bok’ in 2023.
Thereafter, they followed on from this success by claiming the Nelson Mandela Plate, Freedom Cup and the 2024 Championship. So, it comes as no surprise that so many Bok stars are wanted by clubs all over the world. This quartet of Springboks are the latest linked with big-money moves.

SPRINGBOKS TRIO ATTRACTS OVERSEAS INTEREST
Handre Pollard, Salmaan Moerat and Joseph Dweba have all drawn interest abroad.
Initially, Bok pivot, Pollard was linked with over 10 clubs – including SA-based outfits. As things stand, Japanese-based outfit Suntory Sungoliath emerging as the favourites for the Springbok veterans coveted signature.
Meanwhile, Moerat is being monitored by French and English clubs.
“His performances for the Boks and Stormers attracted the interest from French and English clubs with his contract expiring at the end of the 2024/25 season,”
“French publication Midi Olympique reported that Bayonne were keen to add him to their payroll while South African media stated that at least one Premiership club was eager to sign him,” the report read on PlanetRugby.
However, Moerat has recently extended his Stormers contract despite interest abroad.

Dweba has fallen out of favour with the Springboks and SA Rugby recently. He went from being a regular under Jacques Nienaber to falling out of the squad under Rassie last season.
Moreover, Dweba is determined to stay in SA despite this.
