Orlando Pirates will be offloading a couple of players in the next PSL transfer window.

Orlando Pirates made no new signings in the recent transfer window.

However, this is set to change with both player exits and signings lined up. Let’s take a look at the latest Bucs star facing a likely exit.

PIRATES R8-MILLION MIDFIELDER FACING LIKELY EXIT

Pirates midfielder, Miguel Timm is facing a probably exit, according to SNL.

Meaning, the talented Bucs midfielder could be loaned out to PSL rivals. Furthermore, he could even be sole permanently at the end of the season. It feels like just the other day that Timm was a regular in the midfield. Unfortunately, injuries and the rise of Patrick Maswanganyi and Thalenthe Mbatha has seen Timm struggle for regular starts under Riveiro.

Furthermore, Timm is currently valued at roughly R8 million, according to Transfermarkt.

So, Jose Riveiro and the Bucs will be making changes to their squad in the next transfer window. Stark contrast to the recent PSL January transfer window where Pirates made no signings.

BUCS LINING UP TRANSFER TARGETS

The next transfer window will be very different for the Bucs.

Meaning, Pirates will be making some signings during the next transfer window.

Moreover, they have identified this striker target from their PSL rivals. Furthermore, Pirates have also lined up all of these targets from their PSL rivals. Finally, the Bucs are open to swopping one of their own stars to secure this Bafana Bafana signing.

“Zakhele Lepasa might be used as a sweetener by Orlando Pirates in a deal that would see Polokwane City defender Thabang Matuludi head in the opposite direction,” Phakaaati reported.

“In an effort to get him game time, Pirates are open to the idea of letting him go to City  as part of the deal to sign long-time target Matuludi. The 27-year-old Lepasa, who was the subject of interest from SuperSport United recently, is yet to feature for the Soweto giants this season due to injury,” they added.

SHOULD PIRATES LOAN OUT TIMM OR SHOULD HE BE SOLD PERMANENTLY?
