Fleurs impresses on trial
Luke Fleurs has been on trial with Chiefs since September when he became a free agent after leaving SuperSport United. The 23-year-old central defender is still at Naturena and Ntseki reveals he’s been doing well. The Chiefs boss knows Fleurs well with the pair having worked together at South Africa U17 level. Amakhosi tried to snap Fleurs up last season but he opted to renew his deal with Matsatsantsa. Ntseki says Chiefs have yet to contact the player’s representatives to inform them about the club’s decision on Fleurs.

KAIZER CHIEFS STILL DECIDING
“Luke Fleurs has been doing very well and the reason we brought him closer to us is to do a proper assessment,” said Ntseki.
“We all know that Luke is a quality player. But I think the process is going and sooner we will be able to be in touch with him and his representatives and that is where the decision will be made.
“But one thing I can say is that he (Luke) is still training with us. Whether we will sign him or not is still a bit of classified information. But the young man is still with us.”
