Youngest Buccaneer rebounds
It appeared that we had seen the last of Orlando Pirates youngest-ever player Augustine Mahlonoko but it seems his career is not dead and buried.
He burst onto the scene as teenager, being the youngest player to din the Orlando Pirates first team jersey at 16 years and 352 days old.
“He has been training with La Masia at Panorama Club in Roodepoort for the last three days after returning from Limpopo at Black Leopards,” a source close to the player told the Soccer Laduma.
“Things didn’t go according to plan at Leopards, hence he left, and it seems the La Masia management has been impressed so far by the boy. They like him. Don’t be surprised when they announce him as their new signing.”
