Kaizer Chiefs given new hope on signing East African midfielder!
Kaizer Chiefs are getting closer to signing one of the most exciting midfielders in Africa.

Kaizer Chiefs target Feisal Salum spent two seasons under Nasreddine Nabi’s command at Young Africans – a reunion, after months of trying, is finally on the cards.
The 27-year-old was one of Nabi’s first targets after joining Chiefs last year, but, attached with a high market value, signing on fee and salary, securing the Tanzanian midfielder was deemed out of the question amid a seven-player haul in the offseason.
After months of financial obstacles, Salum has given Kaizer Chiefs a slither of hope after confirming that he will not sign a contract extension at Azam FC, making him a free agent once the season concludes.
Salum rejects Azam
“Feisal Salum has made his decision and informed the club that he will not extend his contract,” Africafoot.com confirmed.
“He is enjoying his experience at Azam, a big club, but he wants to explore new opportunities at the end of the season,
“A move to Kaizer Chiefs? It is still too early to say for sure, but it is a very serious possibility.”
Human to Chiefs?
Another African midfielder piquing Kaizer Chiefs interest is AmaZulu maestro Rowan Human:
“The team [Kaizer Chiefs] is already planning for next season and apart from the striker they are looking for, they are also looking at bolstering the midfield and they are reconsidering Rowan [Human] from AmaZulu,” SoccerLaduma reported.
“You know the scouts looks at players who would fit in the team’s system and they are believed to have identified Human as one target for the midfield position for next season.”
Should Kaizer Chiefs try get Salum?
