Kaizer Chiefs’ healthy relationship with Swallows FC looks to benefit them once again heading into the new season!

Kaizer Chiefs and Swallows FC have made their strong relationship no secret.

The Glamour Boys have benefited tremendously since the return of Swallows to the top flight.

The club completed the signing of three Swallows players last season (Sifiso Hlanti, Njabulo Ngcobo and Kgaogelo Sekgota).

It looks like three more ‘birds’ are making their way to Naturena this season!

Legendary soccer agent Mike Makaab has confirmed that Kaizer Chiefs are closing in on new signings from their beloved Swallows!

Amakhosi and Swallows FC are set to conclude on ‘deals’ during this coming week according to Makaab.

Kamohelo Mahlatsi and Dillon Solomons are expected to make the move to their neigbours. Lehlogonolo Matlou is also expected to cross over to Naturena!

Agent breaks his silence over Kaizer Chiefs targets

“I think so. Listen I don’t think anything is cast in stone in football, we’ve seen that.” Makaab said on Gagasi FM as per iDiski Times.

“I’m still pretty confident that the deals that are on the table between the two clubs [Kaizer Chiefs and Swallows] will be concluded. Who knows, I’m still expecting that to happen.”

Furthermore Yusuf Maart and Siyethemba Sithebe are set to join the Glamour Boys.

Sithebe will join Kaizer Chiefs as a free agent after leaving AmaZulu.

The combined value of all four players according to Transfermarkt sits at R22 million!

Kaizer Chiefs have also been linked with Golden Arrows attacker Pule Mmodi and overseas based Ayanda Patosi.

Kaizer Chiefs have already unveiled two new signings following the close of their 2021/22 campaign.

The ‘major’ revamp at Naturena got underway with the arrival of defender Zitha Kwinika and attacker Ashley Du Preez.
