On Friday, City confirmed acquiring the services of DR Congo defender Nathan Idumba Fasika who joins from Saint-Eloi Lupopo.
City took to their social media platforms to unveil Idumba as their player for the next five years.

“Cape Town City are delighted to announce the acquisition of Nathan Idumba Fasika,” said City in a tweet.
“The DRC international centre-back joins the Citizens on a 5 year deal.”

The 22-year-old Kinshasa-born defender has officially been handed the No.4 shirt by Cape Town City.
Idumba joins goalkeepers Darren and Bongani Mpandle, full-back Patrick Fisher, and midfielder Relebogile Mokhoune who all joined City recently.
