Big Blow! Kaizer Chiefs new player SUSPENDED

Kaizer Chiefs will play their next match without one of their most influential players.

The Soweto giants will be without new signing Thabo Cele who received his fourth booking of the season during a 1-0 defeat to Mamelodi Sundowns. Since arriving at Naturena, the Bafana Bafana midfielder has been booked every match he’s played in.

According to the Premier Soccer League (PSL), A player/team staff receiving more than four (4) cautions during the playing season shall be automatically suspended for one match.

Despite his suspension, Kaizer Chiefs fans were happy with how Cele played against Masandawana at the Lucas Moripe Stadium.
