#OleOut trends, but where does Solskjaer stand at United
Manchester United’s exit from the League Cup and loss to Young Boys away in the Champions League has seemingly drawn attention away from a more than solid start to the league campaign.

It is very early in the season, but Manchester United are level on points with Chelsea and Liverpool at the summit of the Premier League. Not a bad position to be in, having gone five games unbeaten in the league so far.
Solskjaer’s detractors point to his tactical rigidity as a great weakness, questioning his use of substitutes as well as his team selection.
He may not have delivered a trophy, but Solskjaer has made clear and obvious progress in terms of results and league position.
This matter doesn’t come down to whether he is doing his best or even doing well, it seems that he is the focal point for fans frustrated by the perceived lack of ambition of the club’s owners, and the dissipation of the Red Devils unending drive for success.
The arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo was a big lift for fans, and things could turn around very quickly with the quality in the Manchester United squad, but nothing but sustained success will now satisfy those who call for #OleOut.
