DJ Khaled name-drops Sundowns in Club World Cup video
Global artist DJ Khaled has posted a special video in anticipation of what he predicts will be an unforgettable Club World Cup in 2025.
Earlier this year, Mamelodi Sundowns and ES Tunis became the third and fourth CAF teams to book their tickets to the inaugural FIFA Club World Cup 2025, completing the list of qualifiers from Africa.
DJ Khaled has become well known for his support of Mamelodi Sundowns, who have a consultancy partnership with Roc Nation Sports International, the agency that also represents the Grammy winning artist.
In the latest video, DJ Khaled predicts that next year’s event will be the ‘greatest club football tournament of all time’, while specifically mentioning Mamelodi Sundowns as he called on all clubs to ‘take it to the world’.

Taking to his Instagram stories at the time, the award-nning artist shared that the jersey was gifted to him by Roc Nation’s Michael Yormark.
