The Springboks top stars are on the move with some leaving SA and others set to return,
Springboks flyhalf Handre Pollard is set to leave Leicester Tigers at the end of the season.
Moreover, as mant as TEN clubs are linked with the Bok pivot who is valued at R15-million.
SPRINGBOK FLYHALF ON THE MOVE
Incumbent and iconic Springbok flyhalf, Pollard has been sensationally linked with a return to South Africa following the imminent end of his Leicester Tigers career.
Initially, Suntory Sungoliath emerged as the ‘favourites’ for his signature. However, this has changed with the Vodacom Bulls now favourites to bring him back to SA and Loftus.
“Two-time World Cup winning Springbok flyhalf Handre Pollard is heading home at the conclusion of the current English Premiership season,” SARugbyMag.
Meaning, Pollard will be available to join any prospective club.
“The 30-year-old goal-kicking ace is set to return to the Bulls, where his career launched in 2013 after starring for the 2012 Junior Springboks on a run to the Junior World Championship title,” reputable and widely-respected journalist, Simnikiwe Xabanisa told News24.
This could be one of, if not, the biggest rugby transfers over the last few years. Furthermore, the same publication states that he is valued at over R15-million.
BIG MOVES ON THE CARDS
Springboks.captain Siya Kolisi was linked with a move back to his former side, the Stormers.
However, the move did not materialize with the Sharks skipper set to remain in Durban until the 2027 Rugby World Cup. Meanwhile, as mentioned, Pollard has potential suitors lined up in anticipation of his Leicester Tigers exit.
