Springboks: Five IN, four OUT!
Big changes are imminent in the Springboks squad for their tour of the UK with key players ruled out and some huge returns lined up.
The Springboks squad will look a bit different when they travel to the UK in November.
The Springboks travel to the United Kingdom for the end of year series where they are set to take on Scotland, England and Wales.
However, several Boks have been ruled out. Meanwhile, as many as FIVE top Rugby World Cup stars are in line to make welcome returns.
SPRINGBOKS SET TO RETURN
Jean Kleyn, Edwill van der Merwe and Damian Willemse have all recovered from the injuries that saw them miss the Rugby Championship.
Whilst, RG Snyman has also recovered from his injury that he endured at the start of the campaign against Australia.
Thankfully, all five players are in contention for selection. Therefore, they are all set to return if Rassie opts to select them for the traveling squad.
Additionally, Faf is in a race against time to return in time for the tour, as reported on The South African.
PLAYERS RULED OUT OF TOUR
Sacha-Feinberg Mngomezulu (knee), Steven Kitshoff (neck), Lood de Jager (shoulder) and Evan Roos (recent shoulder surgery) are all unlikely to be available for the Springboks November tour of the UK.
MgomeZulu has just undergone surgery to his knee. Furthermore, Kitshoff, injured while playing for Western Province in the final round of the Currie Cup. Moreover, Lood and Roos are still recovering from their respective surgeries.
Another player in a race against time is Deon Fourie who injured his ACL earlier in the year.
