Simple answer (and not so serious)? Lack of skin care products and males dyeing their hair is frowned upon...

A bit more complicated answer, and more serious. People don't age in uniform way, some age faster, some age slower comparatively. Modern day humans look younger than those even 100 years ago. Better nutrition, less time spent outdoors farming, foraging, hunting, fishing, that list goes on. Sun ages skin so it will look older than it is. Water and soap dries skin, it ages again. Being a farmer and soldier means he had a harsher life than average city dweller, it ages as well. Relatively speaking, people who you think are in their mid 30's nowadays probably would fit the 20's crowd in a similar time period.

And a bonus answer: His skin isn't tanned because fuck tanned male skins on daz...

But that doesn't help either. But generally speaking, if you look at most of the males that have appeared in the VN, none of them look that young. I think Pony is basically the only one who looks that could be at his age as we would expect someone in his 20's look like give or take.

I've seen my grand-fathers photos around when he was in his 20's (mind you this was an around start of WW2), he looked old already; he was a farmer's son, lot's of time spent outdoors in youth already, somewhat questionable nutrition etc. And after the war he looked even older, he looked like 40 to 50 and he was barely 30 and balding as well.

A really nice update, felt longer than normal but in good way.

I know it'd probably just lead to a host of different problems, but I think MC would be better off having Shani with him nearly all the time.

Liked the update quite well, this and few recent ones have really vindicated my first impressions of Ayaka. That she was worth the wait.

Downloaded v11 and v12 to an Android 13 tablet. Opening screen came up for 3 sec, then game closed.

I really like this game, the sex scenes do nothing for me but the characters, the world and the story are great, always a moderately giddy reaction when i see a new update is out.

Hello all!
So once I've done the progress post, I'll start pushing the 0.12.0 out. Fun times...
And rendering of 0.13.0 has started as you would suspect and so has writing of 0.17.0. Man this progress post is short.

This is something I tested for 0.17.0, I took four or so hours to build, but that's four hours I saved when I need it. Lot's of messing with textures. Some figures are just placeholders since that's all they needed to be for this particular test. That and I need more primitive winter clothes for both genders. Not so easy task. Anyway, back to work! Stuff will be out soonish...

  • 205 renders
  • Implemented the next part of the story
  • Added things to the codex, bit more work on the secrets screen, hopefully the issues are sorted.
  • 1 hidden image
  • Grammar, spelling, and other fixes (Thanks to Adry, Shaddy, BryonSmothers3DX, Bread, Orion, Jaimy)
Not a lot of renders in this one, but there are as many as the story needs. Granted, there are around 50, probably a bit less, renders related to the codex. Anyway, enough rambling.

Notice how the image below the restricted is also different? I'll probably replace the image (that is blocked at the moment) once I get the chance (and time) to render the pixies again one of these days...

And I also noticed I swapped the first two images around... eh something for 0.13.0 to fix...
