Former Proteas player JP Duminy and his wife Sue have decided to end their marriage.
The news comes amid another high-profile South African sporting divorce, that of Rachel and Siya Kolisi.
JP and Sue married in a luxury ceremony at a Cape Town wine estate in 2011.
They have two daughters together.
Duminy too to social media early on Monday to write to his over 616 000 followers:
Hi peeps.
After much consideration, Sue and I have decided too part ways. We were fortunate to have shared many memorable moments together during our marriage and blessed with two beautiful daughters.
At the time, we kindly ask for privacy as we navigate this transition. Though our paths diverge, we remain friends and our separation amicable. Thank you for your understanding and support during this time.

The South African website reported recently that Cricket South Africa (CSA) dropped a bombshell when it announced that JP Duminy had stepped down from his role as the white-ball batting coach with immediate effect.
Duminy, now 40, played 46 Tests, 199 ODIs and 81 T20Is for South Africa between 2004 and 2019.
