DJ Thuli Phongolo is trending after buying her second home in three years. Thanks to her huge social media following, she often trends whenever she posts or gets posted.

Since her thrust into the limelight, Thuli Phongolo has been winning big. Like those before her, she has splurged thousands, if not millions, on her life of glitz and glamour.

She has also invested a considerable fortune into properties, including two lush houses. In 2023, she made headlines when she took to social media to flaunt her adobe.

Thuli Phongolo shared a series of photos and captioned them, “I hold back a lot when it comes to celebrating and truly showing gratitude for my wins because I wonder in my head a lot… but there it is, once an idea, now my reality.”

However, almost two years later, she has added another house to her property portfolio. Taking to Instagram Stories, Thuli Phongolo shared photos confirming her new property.

The photos and videos have flooded online after popular X user @sanelenkosixx reshared them. The X user commented, “Thuli P, who has been working so hard, has secured her 2nd property in her name.”

However, in one of the now-viral videos, Thuli Phongolo revealed that she will be selling her old house. She jokingly said that people should buy it because she needs money.

After all, she joins a host of South African celebrities who recently splurged thousands, if not millions, on their new homes.
