A TikTok video of Rachel Kolisi discussing Siya’s snoring has been shared on X by social media user @_mashesha.

Mashesha captions the video: “Someone sent me this saying it’s one of the reasons Rachel Kolisi decided to end her marriage with Siya Kolisi. Snoring!”

The social media user also shares another video of Siya teasing Rachel’s cooking and dancing.

“Apparently one of the reasons for the marriage ending, Rachel was also annoyed at Siya Kolisi’s jokes,” he says.

RACHEL KOLISI: ‘THE SNORING LEADS ME TO GOOGLE’

In the TikTok video, Rachel Kolisi reveals that she loves her husband, Siya and shares how his snoring has kept her up at night.

“No question I love my husband dearly. But the snoring leads me down a Google rabbit hole.”

She’s seen searching: “How to stop my husband snoring,” in the video.

Psychologist Dr Jonathan Redelinghuys tells The Citizen that the challenges of fame like the Kolisis can be subtle but persistent.

“Being a public figure, especially in South Africa where sports stars are national symbols, adds the first layer of pressure.”

He adds that one is not just an individual anymore as they represent something larger than themself.

“The expectations to always be a role model, to always perform and to never show weakness can strain any interpersonal relationship, particularly if one partner feels left out of the limelight.”

Do you think Siya and Rachel will get back together?
