Proud Malema praises first-born: ‘I’m thankful for you’

Julius Malema has continued to heap praise on his first-born son, Ratanang. 

Ratanang is the firstborn son of the EFF leader and his former partner Maropeng Ramohlale. The outspoken politician has two other sons, Kopano and Munzhedzi, with his wife, Mantao.

In an Instagram Story this week, Julius Malema showed love to his son Ratanang, who recently achieved a Bachelor’s Matric pass.

The proud politician shared of his firstborn: “I want to express my appreciation for today. I was born as an only child, but now I feel blessed to have a younger brother: 

“Your presence in my life mirrors the role I once played in my grandmother’s life. I am truly thankful for you, and I pray daily that you remain protected from negativity”.

In another IG Story, Malema boasted that Ratanang had not only passed Matric and his drivers licence test but had been granted university admission as well as a spot in student residence.

“What more do you want as a parent?”, asked Malema.

FOLLOWING IN HIS FATHER’S FOOTSTEPS?

Although Ratanang and Julius Malema have a shared interest in DJ’ing, its unclear what the teen will study at a tertiary level.

Ratanang attended the affluent Johannesburg school, St David’s Marist Inanda.

Like his father, Ratanang has taken up leadership roles in his school, where he was named one of the warcry leaders.
