Limpopo-born politician Julius Malema trended on Facebook when Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) Limpopo shared a recent photo of him.

INSIDE JULIUS MALEMA’S DRAMATIC WEIGHT LOSS

In the photo, the EFF leader Julius Malema appears to have lost more weight which left many wondering if he’s okay.

The Citizen revealed in 2017 that EFF’s Mbuyiseni Ndlozi responded to comments on Malema’s weight loss and said the CIC was on a diet. It is believed he’d exchanged “cooldrinks for cauliflower”.

Malema has reportedly cut sugar from his diet and is eating healthier food, following a strict exercise plan.

Malema also explained on CliffCentral that Nelson Mandela told him that he could not lead people if he was overweight.

His dramatic weight loss has also earned him body-shaming comments on social media.

EFF SUPPORTERS: ‘IS THE COMMANDER OKAY’

Keobakile Mahura: “Pretty Makobasena no he’s not okay, I think that head is too heavy on that tiny body.”

Thabiso Monnakhotla: “Julius Sello Malema is losing weight like EFF losing support.”

Donald Ndou: “The way you scared for him; you can’t even tell him that he is going. This man is very small now.”

Thandile Main Man: “I just wonder what is happening in Malema’s lifestyle, it’s worrying now.”

Dudu Khuthama Somo: “I thought as adults we are all aware that body weight fluctuates. Depending on the phase you are in or what you go through at the time. Some people don’t have appetite when facing challenges. Some gain lot of weight because of those challenges.”
