Father of 13? Elon Musk allegedly welcomed child with author

26-year-old author Ashley St Clair claimed that she welcomed a child with South African-born billionaire Elon Musk five months ago, via a tweet on Friday 14 February.

AUTHOR CLAIMS SHE WELCOMED CHILD WITH ELON MUSK

Columnist Ashley St Clair released a statement claiming that she welcomed a child with Pretoria-born billionaire Elon Musk. She

“Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father,” she wrote.

She went on to say that she did not previously disclose this information to protect the child’s identity.

“I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause,” she continued.

“I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child’s privacy, and refrain from invasive reporting,” she added.

Musk is yet to confirm nor deny whether the child is in fact his. If the child is Musk’s, this would be his 13th child.

Musk had six children with his ex-wife Justine Musk.However, their first child Nevada Alexander died at just 10 weeks old, due to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). Musk and Justine later welcomed a pair of twins born as Griffin and Xavier in 2004. Xavier legally changed her gender and name to Vivian Jenna Wilson in 2022. The pair then welcomed triplets – Kai, Saxon and Damian.
Musk then welcomed X AE A-XII, affectionately known as baby X, with Canadian singer Grimes in May 2020. Together Grimes and Musk also have a daughter named Y, formerly Exa Dark Sideræl and a son named Techno Mechanicus and nicknamed Tau.
The billionaire has a pair of twins Strider and Azure with his Neuralinks executive Shivon Zilis. He also has a third child with Zilis.
