Author Ashley St. Clair claims that South African-born billionaire Elon Musk is r gearing up for a war against her, and does not want to solve issues of custody amicably.

Ashley St. Clair alleged that Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk “no longer wishes to resolve issues of custody and support amicably” regarding their five-month-old son, according to court papers, as per Daily Mail. The author also claimed that Musk’s lawyers have been “non-responsive”.

So, she is asking a judge if she could send him the legal documents via email. She also went on to say that it would be “impractical” to have someone go in person to deliver the files to Musk. The billionaire is currently slashing government spending through the Trump-approved Department of Government Efficiency.

The author claimed Musk spends much of his time in or around the White House. He also reportedly has 24/7 security. So, her legal team would never be able to reach him. St. Clair also claimed that Musk has. a history of dodging paperwork from the mothers of his child in order to cause them “unnecessary distress.”

She reference Grimes, who Musk shares three children with, that had to track his private jet to send him legal documents. Grimes recently publicly called out Musk after he “ghosted” her regarding their child’s medical crisis.

This comes after St. Clair hit Musk with a paternity suit and filed for sole custody of their five-month-old son. This would be Musk’s 13th child. However, he is yet to confirm nor deny that he welcomed a baby with St. Clair. Take a look at Musk’s kids and “baby mamas” here.

Influencer Isabella Moody claimed that St. Clair “trapped” the billionaire with a baby. Moody leaked alleged texts from St. Clair. In the text messages, St. Clair allegedly says she “needs” Musk’s “rocket babies.”

In the texts leaked by St. Clair allegedly says she will “take one for the team” and “seduce” Musk. The author also allegedly said she needed a caption to “seduce” the billionaire. Moody went on to claim that St. Clair lied when she asked for privacy and stated that the leaked messages were from May 2023.

“I wasn’t going to post these, but now that @stclairashley has leaked her private signal messages with @elonmusk after lying and saying she ‘wanted privacy’, here’s more evidence Ashely planned to baby trap Elon,” she wrote.

“She sent me these text messages in May 2023 when she first met Elon and started sleeping with him. She said ‘I need his rocket babies’ and ‘I need a caption to seduce Elon Musk’ in May of 2023. See dates below! She doesn’t care about ‘privacy’. She planned to seduce him by her own admission and now she’s leaking his texts. So I’m leaking her texts to me now,” she continued.

Musk reacted to the post commented “whoa!”.
