Traffic alert: Daspoort tunnel in Tshwane will be closed on Sunday
Motorists have been urged to find alternative routes as the Daspoort tunnel in Tshwane will be closed this weekend.

The Daspoort tunnel in the City of Tshwane will be closed on Sunday, 25 February, due to planned maintenance.
DASPOORT TUNNEL IN TSHWANE WILL BE CLOSED
In a statement, the City of Tshwane said the tunnel in Pretoria West will be closed for maintenance on Sunday, 25 February from 7:30 – 16:00.
Motorists are urged to avoid the tunnel and use the following alternative routes:
- Eskia Mphahlele Drive
- Van Der Hoff Road
- Staatartilerie Street
“Tshwane Metro Police Department members will be deployed to monitor the closure,” the municipality added.
