Entertainment commentator reveals that media personality Relebogile Mabotja will produce the 2024 Saftas.
Zimoja reports that Mabotja has been pitching to produce the show for 11 years.
The publication adds that Mabotja’s dream had finally come true after pitching for over a decade and she’s excited about being part of the project.
“I’ve been pitching to work on the Saftas since 2013, before I became an executive producer and joining Black Swan. It has been years of trying to get the gig. Eleven years later, we finally got in,” she said.
This comes after the 702 radio personality produced the 2024 Miss SA pageant for two years.
“My heart is so full right now. There’s so much that goes on behind the scenes in putting together a show of this caliber, I’m grateful for this honour. I look forward to it,” she said.
