My passion for food was developed at an early age, while growing up in the seaside village of Hout Bay. Classically French trained under British Chef of the Year (1982), Bill Stafford, I have been head chef of 3 critically acclaimed seafood restaurants and am a member of the Master Chefs of Great Britain and a Master Craftsman with the Craft Guild of Chefs. My African Volcano stall at the Maltby Street food market in Bermondsey every Saturday is a hit among foodies who can try a variety of peri peri-infused dishes like chicken prego rolls on homemade Portuguese bread and giant flame-grilled tiger prawns
