Bieber didn’t take too kindly to one of his Spanish fans trying to get a high-five.
Poor Kevin Ramirez thought he’d struck it lucky when Bieber’s car — heading o his concert later that evening — whizzed by with the window open, but all he got was a bloody lip.
Needless to say, Ramirez didn’t end up going to the concert.
