Kaizer Chiefs promote promising young left-back!
Kaizer Chiefs have looked from within their development structures to try and solve the problems they have encountered at left-back.

Kaizer Chiefs have officially promoted promising young left-back Kabelo Nkgwesa from their development.
Nkgwesa is a 19-year-old utility player who has shown so much potential in the Chiefs DStv Diski Challenge (DDC) team.
And with Chiefs struggling at left-back position as admitted by Nasreddine Nabi, Nkgwesa is certainly a breathe of fresh air.
As things stand, the Glamour Boys have Bradley Cross, Happy Mashiane, returnee Edmilson Dove and outcast Bongani Sam as their options on the left.
Cross had been holding it down since the start of the campaign but he has been struggling for consistency.
However, Chiefs have looked much better in that department since the return of Dove from a long-term injury.
Now, what it means for Nkgwesa is that he should work twice as hard to earn a place in the Chiefs starting line-up.
At this stage, the lanky left-footed player who can also play as a left-winger is expected to continue feature in the DDC despite signing the first team contract.
This is to ensure that he continues with his development while gradually adapting to life with the Chiefs senior team.
The same thing happened with the likes of Mduduzi Shabalala, Wandile Duba and most recently Mfundo Vilakazi.
Goalkeeper Bontle Molefe is also one of the long promoted Chiefs players waiting to make their debuts for the senior team.
The news of Nkgwesa signing his first senior team contract with Chiefs were confirmed by his agency MSC Sports Talent.
