Man sues woman after she tells parents about his lotto win
A US man become instantly wealthy after winning one of the country’s biggest lotto jackpots in history.
The unnamed man reportedly won a $1.35 billion Mega Millions jackpot after buying a lottery ticket at a petrol station in Lebanon, Maine.
Like many lottery winners, the man chose to remain anonymous. In fact, he wanted as little people as possible knowing about how much money he just got his hands on.
This comes as little surprise since many lotto winners lose a lot of their money to having sudden family responsibilities and unnecessary expenses.

She, however, failed to keep the secret and disclosed the news to the man’s father and step mother.
He has since taken the matter to court. According to NBC, the lawsuit states that the winner is seeking an injunction from a judge and at least $100,000 (over R1.8 million) in damages.
