Amakhosi managed their first official win under coaches Zwane and Sheppard.
It was also their first official win in their pre-season so far.

CHIEFS SECURE FIRST WINS UNDER ZWANE
Chiefs played three 45-minute matches against Polokwane City over the weekend.
They won the first two encounters, both with 1-0 score lines. The first game had an unlikely match-winner, Amakhosi won thanks to a solo Cole Alexander strike. They won the second match thanks to one of their striker triallists, Caleb Bimenyimana scoring the winner in the second game.

However, it was not all smooth sailing for Amakhosi.
They suffered a shock 3-2 defeat despite goals from Khama Billiat and Kgaogelo Sekgota. All scores were reported by SoccerLaduma.

Zwane will be relieved to have his first win/wins as head coach under his belt.
Thankfully, Amakhosi were also able to find the back of the net regularly, a welcome change from their three 45-minute matches where they failed to score against Marumo Gallants.

Chiefs are lining up a surprise friendly with an overseas team next.
This will be a great opportunity for Zwane and Sheppard to explore new combinations with their NINE new signings.
